    SITE FEES FOR 2023/2024 SEASON.

Annual Ground Rent ..........................................       £1900 + vat

Siting and connection to services fee......……....      £1500 + vat (one off payment)

Annual combined council rates/water rates............. £400

Electricity (28p per unit) Gas(£80 per 47kg bottle)

Electricity is metered individually to each caravan and is invoiced once annually together with the ground rent and rates (for the forthcoming year) in October. The siting and connection fee is payable after connection to all services is completed i.e. connection to waste water and sewer drains, electricity and water supply, sky freesat installation, gas connection & gas safety test. Should a caravan be sited during the Spring or Summer, then only a proportion of the rent and rate up to the following October is due.

You are most welcome to come and see the park at any time with no obligation to buy and we have a choice of vacant plots.  Salop Leisure Caravans of Shrewsbury & Machynlleth, Roy Kellett Caravans & Lloyd Caravans of Rhyl and Pemberton Leisure Homes of Wigan are the dealers that supply caravans to the park and a new caravan can be bought direct from them.  They are reputable dealers with good after sales service and they have a large selection of caravans for you to view on their forecourts. At certain times of the year we also have a few new caravans for sale on the park supplied by the above mentioned dealers.
