Arrival / Check in & Departure   - Please always check In to Reception on arrival.

Check in is from 1pm, check out by 11am on day of deperture.

Pitch types  - We have 3 types of pitches on site. Allocation is on arrival in the spaces that's available that day. We cannot guarantee any specific pitches.

* Electric grass pitches for Tents, small Campervans and Caravans- Our grass pitches are suitable for most set ups apart from Motorhomes or large Campervans. All Tents/ awnings must move to another pitch after 7 days to avoid pernament damage to the grass.

* Non-electrical grass pitches - Our non- electrical area is an open plan, choose your own pitch on arrival in the spaces that's available. These pitches are for small Campervan & Tents ONLY.

* Electric Hardstanding Pitches- Our hardstanding pitches are suitable for all Caravans , Motorhomes and large Campervans. Please note Caravans are only allowed on certain hardstanding pitches - National Park rules.

Self-Catering Units- We have 2 self- catering units to choose from, Bwthyn Glanllyn or Glanllyn Lodge. You are welcome to use all the facilities on the campsite when staying.

Booking & Payment Details- We take 30% non-refundable deposit on booking or full payment on all Bank Holidays. Final payment on all stays is due 14 days in advance of your arrival. You will be notified by email.

Facilities- On-site we have toilets and shower blocks, with FREE hot water (7am -10pm). We have a separate disabled shower/ toilets with helpful handles, washing up area, laundry ( card payment only) childrens play area, small dog walking area, bus stop at main entrance, shop/ reception, and direct private access to Llyn Tegid/ Bala Lake.

Water points- The water on site is supplied by Welsh Water. There are numerous water points across the site.

Waste Disposal- Waste disposal is located behind the gents toilet block.

Recycling- New Laws introduced in Wales - all recycling must be separated into the correct bins - NO BIN BAGS allowed in any recycling bins.

Electrical Vehicles- Please charge your electric cars by reception, DO NOT use our EHU points to do so.

Reception- Reception is located by the main entrance. Every visitor must check in on arrival. During high season reception will be open 9:00am - 6pm.

Reduced hours during low season - please see shop window for opening times.

Wi-fi / Phone signal- The mobile coverage on site is good. Basic Wi-fi is FREE or your able to pay for premium fast Wi-fi through Camping Connect ( online payment)

Lake/ River- Boyancy aids must be worn - Snowdonia National Park rules

Lake permits is required for canoeing, sailing, paddlebarding, fishing & kayaking- Snowdonia National Park machine is located on the lake foreshore (card payment only)  

No charge to fish the river.

General Safety - Visitors are responsible for their own safety at all times. Childern & vulnerable individuals should be supervised at all times. Parents and guardians must ensure that children follow safety guidelines and are kept under control.

Defibrillator- Located on the wall by Reception.

Dog Limits- You're able to bring up to 2 dogs ONLY

For the safety and comfort of all our guests, dogs must be kept on a lead and under control at all times.

Please ensure your dogs are settled , and not disturbing other guests. We want everyone to have a peaceful stay. Please pick up any mess after them and ensure children do the same when taking them on walkies.

The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).

Respect Quiet Times- Quiet hours are between 10:30pm - 8:00am

Loud music/ disruptive noise / agressive behaviour will not be tolerated. Please see the Terms & Conditions which you agree to when you made the online payments for your holiday.

Day Visitors -  Day visitors are allowed only by prior arrangement. 

* Day visitors must park and check in at reception and pay the daily rate.

*  No day visitors on Bank holidays and busy weekends. - We allow a limited number of people on the site at any one time, as this ensures all the facilities and parking spaces are readily available for all our customers.

Minimum 2 nights bookings on weekends during Summer school holidays – if you search for less than 2 nights it will show no availability as it will only accept 2 night minimum bookings.

Minimum 3 nights bookings on bank holiday weekends – if you search for less than 3 nights on a bank holiday weekend it will show no availability as it will only accept 3 night minimum bookings.
