All above prices are for up to 5 persons and are inclusive of vat. No extra charge for heating or electricity. Short breaks (off peak weeks only, if available)……………price on application and varies according to length of stay and number of persons starting from £450 for 3 nights.

A deposit of 30% of total cost is required upon booking, a travel insurance is advisable just in case of last minute cancellation as the deposit is not refundable if cancellation occurs within 8 weeks of arrival date. Full payment is required 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Conditions of letting
The cottage can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 persons. The maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. The cottage is let to families and couples only (no groups) with at least one adult over 25yrs. The cottage is for the occupancy and use by the persons stated on the booking form.
The cottage is equipped and furnished to a high standard and it is expected of occupants to depart leaving the cottage as clean and tidy as possible. Any damages or breakages, which cannot be replaced during occupancy, will be charged for.
The cottage is not equipped for children under 2 years of age, i.e., no cot or high chair provided, however it may be possible to provide these by advance arrangement for a small extra cost.
There is free wifi and Sky TV/DVD player in the Lounge and freeview TV in the kitchen/diner & 2 of the bedrooms.
No Smoking and No pets allowed.
All bed linen is supplied. Towels are provided (one hand and one bath towel per person). Please bring your own towels for use in the local swimming pool or for the beach/lake. One hairdryer provided.
There is an enclosed garden and a furnished patio with barbecue and a small lockable shed for safe storage of bikes etc., ample parking for 2 cars.
The Lodge weekly lets are from 3.00pm date of arrival until 10.00am date of departure, these times
can be adjusted for shorter stays. Glanllyn Lodge is situated off the A494 near the entrance of Glanllyn Caravan Park, occupants have access to 16 acres of parkland and the lake for sailing canoeing or
fishing throughout the year. There is a children’s playground nearby and there is a foot/bike path from the Lodge to Bala, also a bus stop nearby.
